South Alabama Marketing Representative

We are looking for a Marketing Representative for our South Alabama Region. You must live in the assigned territory of Baldwin County or Mobile County or be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities:

• Develop growth opportunities with current and new agencies through strong execution of sales, marketing, relationship building, customer service & product knowledge
• Responsible for sales production through Insurance Agents in assigned territory
• Provide ongoing feedback on business market opportunities, obstacles, and competitor activity
• Proactively responds to issues and problems that affect business production
• Participates in conventions, social activities, and business functions
• Travel is required daily within your assigned territory with some overnight travel and after hours events

Desired Skills:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Highly motivated and self-disciplined with the ability to work effectively with little or no supervision
• Must be reliable, professional and well-spoken as well as demonstrate good judgment
• Must be technology proficient
• Bachelor’s Degree & 3 plus years of commercial insurance experience preferred marketing/sales experience preferred
