THE JOB:

Are you ready to lead with heart and make magic happen in the dining experience? As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, you’ll orchestrate daily operations and transform every guest interaction into a cherished memory, ensuring they leave with smiles and stories to share. THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Create daily floor plans to ensure proper rotation and coverage of stations.

• Supervise dining room floor service during operational hours.

• Conduct employee evaluations and manage attendance records.

• Maintain communication with the Chef regarding food service and menu issues.

• Coordinate with management, chefs, and culinary staff to address guest and employee needs.

• Order and manage supplies through the IP System; prepare purchase requisitions as needed.

• Keep inventory forms and stocking areas up to date.

• Inspect food from support departments to ensure freshness and quality.

• Communicate directly with guests for special requests and large party reservations.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED

• 2+ Years of prior Food and Beverage experience to include supervisory/managerial experience

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
