Job Title: Chef – South & North Indian Cuisine
Location: Al Qantarah Restaurant, UAE

Job Description:
Al Qantarah Restaurant is looking for a skilled and experienced Chef who can prepare authentic South and North Indian dishes. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of regional spices, traditional recipes, and efficient kitchen management.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook authentic South & North Indian dishes.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
• Manage kitchen operations and assist with menu planning.
• Ensure timely preparation for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 2,500 – AED 3,500 per month
• Food and accommodation provided

Job Type: Full-time

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Indian cuisine (South & North).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Available to join immediately preferred.
