Soybean Sales Specialist

Position Overview:
Chadmont LLC is seeking a highly driven Soybean Sales Specialist responsible for securing verified buyers for bulk soybean transactions across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and other high-demand markets. This role is focused strictly on buyer-side development. The specialist will build and maintain a pipeline of qualified importers capable of purchasing large-volume soybean shipments under FOB, CIF, and CFR terms. The ideal candidate understands international agricultural trade, buyer mandates, pricing structures, payment instruments, and execution risk. Compensation is according to participation in executed contracts in which the specialist introduces and manages the buyer relationship, receiving a percentage of the net profit per transaction (typically in dollar per metric ton).
Core Responsibilities:
Identify and secure legitimate soybean buyers (GMO and non-GMO, #2 Yellow and other specifications) Develop direct relationships with importers, crushers, feed mills, food manufacturers, and trading houses Verify buyer legitimacy through trade data, import history, financial capacity, and documentation Confirm buyer capacity (monthly metric ton volume), port of discharge, and preferred Incoterms Secure and manage buyer documentation including LOI, ICPO, BCL, and related trade instruments Negotiate pricing structures in coordination with internal sourcing team Maintain organized buyer database with verified contact details, volume history, and payment terms Coordinate closely with sourcing division to match supply with demand in real time.
Required Qualifications:
Strong understanding of Incoterms (FOB, CIF, CFR) Familiarity with Letters of Credit (LC), DLC, SBLC, and standard trade finance mechanisms Ability to assess buyer credibility and reduce counterparty risk Excellent negotiation and communication skills Fluent English (additional languages are a strong advantage)

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $1.00 - $1,000,000.00 per year
