Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Facility Attendant to ensure our luxury facility is spotless, organized, and inviting for members and guests at all times. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across all areas, including fitness zones, spa-style recovery spaces, locker rooms, common areas, and treatment rooms. Your role is vital in helping create the premium, hospitality-driven environment that defines BLU by ThriveWell™.

Essential Duties:

• Ensure all member areas (locker rooms, studios, recovery rooms, café, lounge, gym floor, etc.) are consistently clean, tidy, and well-stocked.
• Perform scheduled cleaning of floors, equipment, mirrors, windows, restrooms, and showers.
• Launder towels as needed; manage laundry cycles throughout the day.
• Restock toiletries, paper products, and cleaning supplies in designated areas.
• Spot clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces frequently throughout the day.
• Support the setup and cleanliness of group fitness studios and private training spaces.
• Maintain proper use and storage of cleaning products according to safety protocols.
• Assist with organizing supplies, light facilities upkeep, and reporting any maintenance issues.
• Uphold the BLU by ThriveWell™ standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and hospitality in every member interaction.

Requirements

• Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or facility support (preferably in luxury, fitness, spa, or hospitality environments).
• Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and organization.
• Ability to multitask and stay productive without direct supervision.
• Physical ability to lift 25+ lbs, be on your feet for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Friendly, professional demeanor and willingness to support the entire team’s success.
• Flexible schedule with weekend and early morning/late evening availability preferred.
