Spa Attendant

Three Creeks Luxury Spa is a high-end destination spa committed to creating a serene, restorative experience for every guest. We are seeking a dependable Spa Attendant to join our team. This position supports the operations of our treatment and locker areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and seamless flow between guest services.

Position Details

• Status: Part-Time to Full-Time (approximately 20–40 hours per week)
• Compensation: $15 per hour; full-time is elegible for full benefits
• Location: Kingsport, Tennessee
• Available Shifts: Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the locker rooms and adjacent spa areas.
• Support the spa’s laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and restocking linens.
• Assist in turning over treatment rooms between guests to ensure readiness and sanitation.
• Perform general cleaning duties in guest and staff areas, including sweeping, mopping, dishes, andrestocking refreshment stations.
• Monitor spa amenities such as water, coffee, and snack displays to maintain presentation and availability.
• Work closely with Spa Coordinators and service providers to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Uphold the calm, professional atmosphere of the spa at all times, supporting the Three Creeks standard of excellence.

Spa Coordinator Flex

• This position will flex with the Spa Coordinator Position to meet our business needs. Spa Coordinators handle the front desk, bookings, payments, etc.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or spa environments preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, and transport up to 50 lbs and navigate stairs safely with loads.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining a consistent work pace.
• Professional demeanor and commitment to maintaining guest privacy and comfort.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• High school diploma required

Pay: $15.00 per hour
