This position requires the candidate to be a LICENCED ESTHETICIAN with at least 1 year of experience doing facials and body treatments in a spa environment.

Lafusion Massage & Spa South Tulsa is a small family business under current owner/operator since 2018. The SPA ATTENDANT is responsible to greet, accommodate and facilitate guest check-in and check-out of spa guests by providing friendly, efficient and effective service. To maintain day-to-day cleaning of the Spa, including removing trash, laundering linens and keeping them stocked in the facility. The expected base wage range for this position is: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES, include but not limited to:

• To greet guests with proper salutation and a smile and to offer them a tour of the Spa facility.
• To escort guest to locker rooms explaining services and amenities.
• To clean, maintain, and restock bathrooms, locker rooms, showers and all public areas of the Spa.
• To accommodate guest needs by booking, confirming or changing appointments, as needed.
• To obtain correct guest contact information, including e-mail addresses, and enter it accurately into our booking system.
• To assess and correct any scheduling conflicts, guest challenges or problems and to refer to the Spa Manager, as needed.
• To effectively offer service upgrades and promotions in order to enhance the guest experience.

JOB KNOWLEDGE & EDUCATIONAL LEVEL: High School diploma or equivalent required. Requires basic math and accounting skills and excellent interpersonal skills. Must be computer literate. Prior experience with appointment booking is preferred. Must display knowledge of currently accepted business telephone etiquette. Must have at least 2 years experience working in a service related industry. Cashier, computer, hotel/spa experience preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Stands/walks approximately 70% of shift. Sits at desk approximately 30% of shift. Occasionally required to handle and move objects weighing up to 40 lbs. over short distances. Moderate to heavy use of phones, daily. Walking, standing, bending is required daily and frequently.

Pay: $12.00 - $28.00 per hour
