Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Spa Concierge to join our team. This role is responsible for greeting guests, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and ensuring every client has a relaxing and welcoming spa experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and provide excellent customer service
• Schedule appointments and manage the booking system
• Answer phones and assist with client inquiries
• Check guests in and out for services
• Promote spa services and retail products
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organized and able to multitask
• Experience in hospitality, spa, or customer service preferred
• Availability to work some evenings or weekends
