Job Summary
We are looking for a Spa Consultant who has great communication skills with a passion for sales and great customer service to join our team! The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Candidate must also be reliable, outgoing and polite. The Spa Consultant will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure that all guests are greeted and taken care of as well as scheduling appointments and assisting clients with any spa and/or tanning needs.

Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide assistance with inquiries regarding services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Manage guest requests efficiently, including reservations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while ensuring compliance with cash handling procedures.
- Supervise and train junior staff members in customer service protocols and operational procedures.
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional services or products to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service.
- Address any guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Spa and salon experience is not required but preferred.
- Tanning experience is not required.
- Must be able to sit, bend and stand for long periods of time.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must have reliable Transportation.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at any time
- Preferred previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse clientele.
- Proficiency in retail math concepts for effective cash handling and transaction processing.
- A proactive attitude towards upselling services and enhancing the overall guest experience.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing tasks efficiently.
