Spa coordinator

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Spa Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients, managing appointments, and promoting our spa services. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a passion for wellness, and the ability to effectively sell spa services and products.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
• Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations efficiently to optimize service delivery.
• Utilize cash register and POS systems for transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling.
• Assist in retail sales by promoting spa products, upselling services, and maintaining stock levels.
• Perform basic math calculations for sales transactions and inventory management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and retail displays.
• Collaborate with spa staff to ensure a cohesive experience for clients.

Experience

• Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills is essential.
• Experience with POS systems and retail sales techniques, including upselling strategies.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• A passion for wellness and an understanding of spa services is a plus.
