This position requires a MATURE individual. You must be professional in your appearance and in demeanor. We have a more conservative clientele and ask our employees to have that appearance as well. We do require that you come to work looking well dressed with hair and makeup done to represent the industry you would be working in. Knowledge of basic computer skills, proper written and spoken English, and a welcoming personality are just a few traits that will help you to succeed at Bella Vita. This position requires an individual who is highly reliable, honest, outgoing, warm and enthusiastic about customer service. We are not interested in drama queens or individuals who feel the need to promote negativity. We screen carefully because only the right people will help promote the BEST work environment for 35 of us.

This position will start around $12.oo.hr and has potential to pay up to $14.00per hour if you become promoted to more of a lead position in the future. The Spa Coordinator position represents all 35 of us that work here. Therefore, we take the hiring process very seriously. We will be checking references and social media to make sure this individual is someone capable of being the "face/personality" of our company!
