Job Post: Licensed Esthetician – Alta Medispa (Beverly Hills)

About Us

ALTA Medispa is a luxury aesthetics brand with locations in Beverly Hills and London, specializing in medical-grade skincare, injectables, and facial rejuvenation. Our team includes a plastic surgeon, a nurse injector, and a front desk team and we’re expanding our Beverly Hills location to include a second dedicated Licensed Esthetician.

This role is ideal for someone who’s professional, energetic, detail-oriented, and loves helping clients achieve glowing, healthy skin. You’ll work in a beautiful, high-end environment with a growing patient base and strong social media presence.

Hybrid Role

The right candidate will also be available to work as a Medical Assistant for our cosmetic doctor or nurse on Wednesdays (10 AM – 6 PM) and Saturdays (10 AM – 2 PM) — assisting with procedures, patient flow, and clinic prep. Additional days will be dedicated to seeing facial clients, with flexible scheduling between Wednesday–Friday, 12 PM – 6 PM, depending on bookings and availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional facial and skincare treatments (medical-grade facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, etc.)
• Educate clients on skincare routines and product recommendations (commission on sales)
• Maintain detailed treatment notes and uphold the highest sanitation standards
• Support the medical team during procedures (training provided)
• Participate in social media and content creation (before/after photos, skincare tips, testimonials)
• Build long-term client relationships and deliver exceptional service

Qualifications

• Valid Esthetician License in California
• 2+ years experience preferred (medical spa or dermatology setting preferred but not required)
• Strong understanding of skincare ingredients and medical-grade products
• Professional, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with digital communication (Instagram, text, email)
• Friendly, upbeat personality and excellent communication skills
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Schedule & Availability

• Flexible scheduling
• Assisting shifts with our cosmetic doctor on Tuesdays and Saturdays
• Additional hours available as the facial program expands

Compensation & Perks
