Spa Front Desk Operations & Sales Associate / Guest Experience Specialist

Pay: $16-$18/hour Commission & Bonus (performance-based, strong earning potential)

Key Responsibilities:

• manage front desk operations, guest flow, room readiness, and daily schedule coordination
• handle phone calls, emails, and text messages with prompt, professional, and efficient responses
• manage bookings, timing, and room flow with strong attention to detail
• coordinate and communicate effectively with therapists, estheticians, and clients
• develop a strong understanding of spa services, treatments, and wellness products
• confidently answer guest questions and guide clients to the most suitable services
• upsell services, enhancements, memberships, and retail products when appropriate
• support team operations and maintain a smooth, organized workflow

Confident in handling inquiries, converting bookings, and recommending services.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Able to manage multiple responsibilities with structure and efficiency.

Professional Appearance
Maintain a clean, polished, and well-groomed appearance at all times.

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, or similar environment
• strong ability to manage guests, bookings, and daily operations
• comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• strong communication and multitasking skills
• sales experience is a plus

Esthetician license is a plus.**

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay: $16-$18 per hour
• Commission/Bonus: Eligible after training period, based on sales performance
