We are looking to hire a Spa Front Desk Receptionist to join our professional team. If you have a friendly, outgoing personality and enjoy providing excellent customer service, this opportunity is for you.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Answer phones and understand the phone system.
  • Make appointments for both spa and fitness appointments.
  • Greet members (with surnames).
  • Check in all members.
  • Sign up members for classes.
  • Distribute towels, robes, locker keys and sandals.
  • Assist members with needs (channel changes, equipment waiting lists, product/retail sales).
  • Use appropriate log books.
  • Be familiar with all opening and closing procedures.
  • Ring up member services.
  • Provide administrative assistance when needed.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements: :
  • Possess some computer knowledge.
  • Be able to speak English clearly and concisely.
  • Be able to learn computer program taught.
  • Be able to multi-task.
  • Needs a flexible schedule to work day, night, weekends and holidays.


Physical Requirements:
  • Be able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
  • Be able to lift 10 lbs.

Education & Work Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience, front desk at country club or in hospitality industry.
  • Hospitality experience plus basic written and verbal skills.
  • Sales experience preferred, but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
