Spa Manager

En Vogue Beauty Center is looking for SPA Manager who will oversee all operational aspects of SPA and NAILS operations. Leads the team and deliver a seamless customer journey that reflects En Vogue Beauty Center standards while managing revenue targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the spa and nail sections.
• Ensure client experience is proficient including bookings, services, payments, and consultation cards.
• Motivate, train and support the team to ensure provision of high-quality service and ongoing development.
• Drive team to meet and exceed agreed revenue targets.
• Manage customer feedback effectively to ensure continuous service and programme improvement.
• Maintain awareness of department security related to cash, stock and equipment and ensure all department procedures are followed.
• Report performance updates to management.
• Ensure health, safety and DHA regulations are complied.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of salon management or supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of beauty services and salon operations
• Basic English required; additional languages a plus
