The Spa Manager will oversee daily spa operations, manage staff performance, ensure excellent client satisfaction, and drive sales through effective marketing and promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all spa operations, including staff scheduling and treatment quality.
- Recruit, train, and motivate spa therapists and reception staff.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer service.
- Manage product inventory and spa supplies efficiently.
- Promote spa services and retail products to maximize revenue.
- Handle client feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare reports on sales, performance, and budgets for management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Spa Manager or Supervisor in a reputable spa or wellness center.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent sales and marketing knowledge for spa services and products.
- Understanding of spa operations, treatments, and wellness trends.
- Customer-oriented, well-organized, and proactive.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
