A well-established spa operation is seeking an experienced Spa Manager with a strong professional background in spa and wellness management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily spa operations, maintaining high service standards, and leading the spa team to achieve business and guest satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily spa operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Lead, train, and supervise spa therapists and support staff
• Maintain exceptional customer service and guest experience
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and spa standards
• Handle scheduling, inventory, and supplier coordination
• Monitor spa performance, revenue, and operational costs
• Resolve client concerns professionally and efficiently

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Spa Manager or Assistant Spa Manager
• Strong background in spa, wellness, or luxury hospitality
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, services, and operations
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet business targets

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification or diploma in Spa Management or Wellness (advantage)
• Experience in luxury spa or resort environment
