Spa Manager Female "Spa Manager Experience is a MUST"

1. Operations & Administration

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring smooth functioning.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure the spa complies with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Monitor spa equipment and arrange maintenance or replacements as needed.
  • Manage inventory and order spa supplies, products, and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records, including financial reports, staff schedules, and client data.

2. Staff Management

  • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise spa therapists, receptionists, and support staff.
  • Create staff schedules to ensure proper coverage.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback or training as necessary.
  • Motivate and encourage staff to deliver high-quality services.
  • Handle staff concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary actions if needed.

3. Customer Service & Guest Experience

  • Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Develop and implement customer loyalty programs and promotions.
  • Monitor and improve the overall spa ambiance and guest experience.

4. Marketing & Sales

  • Develop marketing strategies to promote the spa’s services and packages.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to run social media campaigns and advertisements.
  • Establish partnerships with hotels, resorts, or local businesses for promotions.
  • Encourage staff to upsell spa treatments and retail products.

5. Financial & Revenue Management

  • Set and monitor budgets, ensuring profitability.
  • Track revenue, expenses, and financial performance.
  • Implement strategies to maximize sales and increase spa revenue.
  • Analyze customer trends and adjust pricing or services accordingly.

6. Service Development

  • Research and introduce new spa treatments and services based on industry trends.
  • Train staff on new techniques, treatments, and customer service improvements.
  • Maintain relationships with product suppliers and negotiate contracts.

7. Compliance & Standards

  • Ensure the spa complies with local laws, health regulations, and licensing requirements.
  • Conduct routine inspections to uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and implement necessary changes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
