Spa position

<Responsibilities>

• Perform a wide range of spa services including body waxing, facials, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, and hair styling.
• Conduct consultations with guests to recommend personalized treatments and product options.
• Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using spa software such as Vagaro to optimize guest flow and service delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all treatment areas, adhering to health regulations and safety protocols.
• Engage with guests through social media management and product demos to promote services and retail sales.
• Upsell additional treatments or retail products to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
• Support front desk operations by greeting guests, handling check-ins/outs, and providing outstanding guest services to ensure a memorable experience.

<Requirements>

• Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification; additional qualifications in medical spa procedures such as dermal fillers or laser treatments are preferred.
• Proven experience in a spa or med spa setting with expertise in massage therapy, skincare, hair extensions, Japanese head spa hairstylist or related fields.
• Strong management skills with the ability to oversee daily operations and team coordination.
• Familiarity with salon software platforms like Vagaro for scheduling and client management.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor capable of engaging diverse clientele.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety standards essential for maintaining a hygienic environment.
• Ability to perform specialized treatments such as body waxing,,straight razor shaves, makeup application, hairstylist and deep tissue massage.
