Job purpose
To assist the Branch Manager/Supervisor in running a smooth operation and to take over her duties in case of absences. To ensure that all bookkeeping, track records, costumer assistance and booking management is done responsibly and in duly manner.
Duties and responsibilities
- Answer calls, book appointments and accommodate costumers’ appointment needs
- Manage appointment booking in the smartest way to maximize bookings
- Clients’ database maintenance: Collecting as much as possible accurate personal details
- Attend to costumers’ requests and complaints and resolve issues when possible
- Daily stock management: Stock being used professionally must be tracked accurately daily
- Abiding by H&S as per municipality instructions with regular inspections: 3 times daily using the check list
- Hosting clients: Walking them to their stations, introducing the therapist, serving them drinks
- Issuing service tickets and insuring collection from the therapist with accurate service details
- Issuing invoices as per the service ticket details
- Sales reports and expenses bookkeeping
- Petty cash management
- Cash sales deposits
Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent professional experience
- Highly organized
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Logical and efficient in maximizing the operations timetable
- Amiable, calm, friendly and customer service oriented
