Spa Receptionist

Looking for Spa Receptionists that can cover both shifts on:

Monday 8:45am to 3:00pm
Sunday 8:45am to 3:30

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Receptionist to join our team for our new Spa in Waikiki at Lilia (Ground floor).

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the facility, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls to appropriate staff members.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities.
• Maintain an organized front desk area, including merchandising and stocking supplies as needed.
• Provide product demonstrations and upsell services or products when appropriate.
• Assist in supervising front desk operations and training new staff members as necessary.
• Utilize basic math skills for retail sales transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Support administrative tasks as required, ensuring efficient office operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a salon/spa or customer service environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is advantageous.
• Experience in merchandising, stocking, and retail math is beneficial.
• Ability to demonstrate product knowledge through effective product demos.
• Supervising experience is a plus for those looking to take on additional responsibilities.
