Spa Receptionist *Female Russian Speaker*

We are currently seeking a highly professional, client-focused SPA Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our luxury wellness and aesthetics center. This role is pivotal to ensuring seamless client experience, managing operational flow, and upholding a calm, organized front-desk environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet all guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming first impression
- Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and coordination with therapists and technicians
- Operate the booking and POS systems, process client payments, handle invoices and daily reports
- Maintain a clean, elegant reception area and ensure smooth communication between departments
- Assist in administrative support and guest follow-ups

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist or front office executive in a spa, clinic, or hospitality setting
- Fluency in Russian is required, strong command of English is a mandatory
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Experience with spa/salon management software (e.g., Fresha) is preferred
- Previous UAE experience is an advantage
