About Hand & Stone

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national leader in membership-based wellness services, with over 600 locations across the U.S. and Canada. Our Highlands Ranch location is growing, and we’re looking for a sales-focused Spa Associate who can help drive membership growth while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

What You’ll Do

• Consistently meet and exceed membership sales goals
• Confidently pitch, present, and close membership and service upgrades
• Build strong relationships that turn first-time guests into loyal members
• Communicate promotions and service options with clarity and confidence
• Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a sales mindset
• Manage front desk operations: phones, scheduling, and client check-in/out
• Maintain spa cleanliness and professionalism
• Bring energy, positivity, and accountability to every shift

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 18 years or older
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
• Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team
• Sales experience is a plus—but motivation and coachability matter most

Compensation: $16.50 per hour - $25 per hour
