Spa Sales Manager

We are seeking a Wellness & Spa Sales Associate to join our team. This entry-level role focuses on guiding clients through our wellness and spa services, helping them select treatments aligned with their goals, and delivering a welcoming, client-centered experience in a luxury spa environment. No prior spa sales experience is required — training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and introduce available spa services and programs
• Recommend treatments, packages, and memberships based on client needs
• Support scheduling, check-ins, and overall guest experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front-of-house area

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging, and team-oriented attitude
• Interest in wellness, self-care, or skincare
• Sales, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred but not required

Schedule
4 Days per week (1 Sunday + 3 Weekdays)

• Sundays: Mandatory
• Mondays – Fridays: Flexible

Business Hours

• Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Sunday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
