Overview:
The Post Oak Hotel is seeking a Spa Supervisor to join the only double Forbes Five-Star Hotel in Texas. We hire passionate and professional colleagues who genuinely delight our guests through curated and authentic experiences.
The Spa Supervisor is responsible for welcoming guests to the spa while upholding the highest service standards and effectively coordinating appointments and scheduling all spa, salon, and fitness services, ensuring alignment with policies, procedures and organizational objectives to deliver a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- The ability to greet guest with a smile, warm and friendly manner.

The ability to manage, communicate and oversee the spa, retail, salon and fitness center.

The ability to maintain operating criteria according to standards and be responsible for the coordination and scheduling of all spa, salon and fitness related services in relation to assistance with policies, procedures and objectives for the spa.

The ability to schedule staff and complete payroll.

The ability to be responsible for the administration of goods, requisitions, inventories, storage and merchandising. The cost-effective usage of all department-related materials and assets, according to standards to ensure smooth operation.

The ability to be knowledgeable on all products, treatments and cross trained in all areas of spa, salon, fitness and retail. Working at the spa desk and assisting guests with appointments and questions.

The ability to maintain a safe work environment and in accordance with all department health regulations.

The ability to participate in regular meetings to keep employees motivated and informed about hotel policies and changes as well as ways be in the know of what is taking place in the hotel.

The ability to ensure all equipment is kept in perfect working condition and report any deficiencies to the proper department.
Qualifications:
- 2 years minimum of spa & retail supervisory or management. Passion for customer service.

College degree in hotel management, preferred.

Knowledge of service, cost control, labor controls, maintenance, merchandising and accounting.

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work a flexible schedule. Weekends and holidays are required.

Physical demands: Prolonged extended periods of standing. Walk through of facilities and sitting in office when performing office work.
