The Spa Supervisor will assist in managing spa operations, supervise staff, maintain service quality, and contribute to achieving sales targets and client retention goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily spa operations and ensure smooth service flow.
- Support the Spa Manager in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and ambiance throughout the spa.
- Ensure high-quality service standards and client satisfaction.
- Assist with spa promotions, sales, and marketing activities.
- Manage inventory of spa supplies and retail products.
- Handle customer inquiries, appointments, and complaints professionally.
- Monitor product and treatment performance to boost sales.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a spa or wellness center.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of spa treatments, operations, and retail sales.
- Ability to motivate and support team members effectively.
