Scope of Responsibilities
Reporting to the area Manager, the Supervisor will have the following duties and responsibilities*:
Daily Operations Management
- Lead and motivate the team to ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering treatments and selling products in compliance with the corporate SOP and procedures. Ensure all treatments are performed in a consistent manner and in the time allocated.
- Perform professional services according to the company standards with attention to details and in a prompt timely manner. Advise guests of services available and promote retail products to guests with full product knowledge.
- Participate in the promotion and brand visibility through the proper implementation of the corporate procedures and tools related to merchandising, marketing.
- Ensure the cleanliness, and maintenance of all equipment of the spas as well as cleaning supplies availability.
- Ensure the necessary systems and operational processes are in place and continuously improved to ensure a consistently excellent in-store customer experience.
- Handle the potential claims of the customers in order to bring solutions to every customers to transform a complaint into a satisfied customer.
Team Management
- Be an effective role model for the team
- Encourage teamwork, motivate and engage the team in achieving targets, drive daily briefing.
- Monitor individual performances and coach the team members individually.
- Optimize the roster in line with the business activity. Ensure the employees are respecting working hours, breaks, and overtime and warn his/her manager in case of deviance.
- Ensure a proper coordination between the team and the management team to maintain a good social climate and contribute to a good team cohesion.
- Ensure the training of the team and the quality of the experience is always at a top level.
- Raise awareness on the necessity of new training and perform internal audits of the shops.
Back Office Management
- Ensure the accuracy of the transactions and perform the daily cash management deposit.
- Participate in the Management meeting and report figures and activity of the shift.
- Send daily reporting to the top management
- Ensure the stock management of his/her shop is under control (par-stock follow-up/inventory,…) Monitor the stock management of the spa for retail and consumables, request, collect and stock in accordance to par stocks and inventory SOP.

Academic Education & Background
- Experiance:Graduate, 2/3 years experience in team management, and in the wellness or retail industry
- Technology & IT: Outlook, Excel, are a must
- Languages: Fluent English required
- Schedule: working early mornings, late evenings, night, week-ends required

Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
