  • To welcome the guests
  • To share daily activity highlights with the Manager including internal and external guest opportunities.
  • Is responsible for controlling the access to the Spa area.
  • Check bookings for the spa if there is any change or modification in these bookings.
  • To continuously maintain and service all equipment's related or assigned to the department, as specified in equipment manuals.
  • To be flexible with working hours.
  • To project a positive and motivated attitude.
  • To be fully conversant with first aid.
  • Assisting clients in all aspects regarding their treatment with complete information about the types of treatments offered, products used and working methods.
  • To be aware of and to report all guest comments or complaints.
  • To be aware of all VIPs visiting or staying in the hotel.
  • Perform all massages & treatments in accordance with the hotel procedures and legal regulations
  • Participate in all trainings organized by The Canvas or Myst Spa.
  • To daily follow the checklists.
  • To up sell the Spa services
  • To inform the guest of all the services available at the Spa
  • Be aware of all hotel events and activities
  • Ensure that the guest service is excellent so that he/she will return to the Spa Understand and comply with all health and safety regulations for the Spa
  • Have knowledge of the services offered by the hotel and encourage the guests to use them during their stay at the hotel
  • To always keep the working area clean and well maintained.
  • To provide safe working environment using appropriate materials, equipment's and supplies.
  • To offer a warm welcome to all guests and ensure that they enjoy their stay.
  • To personally greet and escort the guests rather than pointing out directions.
  • To respect the privacy of the guests and the confidentiality of the information.
  • To manage any guest complaint in a professional manner, by resolving it, recording it and making sure the guest is satisfied.
  • To call the supervisor or manager for advice in serious cases or if an approval is required.
  • To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name tag. To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the hotel and department grooming standards.
  • To provide friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.
  • To maintain good working relationships with your colleagues and all other departments.
  • To be aware of the Hotel’s Employee Handbook and understand and adhere to the Hotel’s rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
  • To comply with UAE legislation as required.
  • To respond to any changes in the department as dictated by the needs of the hotel.
  • To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments/areas if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs.
  • To attend training and meetings as and when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,050.00 per month
