SPA Therapist (Massag)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Female Spa Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various massage techniques and spa treatments, with a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences. You will be responsible for providing relaxing and therapeutic services tailored to individual client needs in a serene and professional spa environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of massage therapies such as Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, hot stone, and other customized massages.
• Provide additional spa treatments as required (e.g., body scrubs, wraps, facials).
• Greet and consult with clients to understand their wellness goals and tailor treatments accordingly.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all treatment rooms and spa areas.
• Ensure the comfort, safety, and privacy of clients during all sessions.
• Upsell spa products and services when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate client records and adhere to all spa policies and procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest techniques and trends in the spa and wellness industry.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily spa operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a massage therapist or spa therapist (1–3 years preferred).
• Certification or diploma in massage therapy or related field from a recognized institute.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and able to perform treatments for extended periods.
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and a high level of professionalism.
• [Optional] Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a luxury spa or wellness center.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Knowledge of skincare or wellness products.
