Position Summary

The Spa & Wellness Coordinator serves as the central point of communication for the resort’s wellness experiences, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest service. This role supports the Spa & Wellness Manager in scheduling, guest relations, and team coordination while upholding the Amrit philosophy of wellness through Relaxation, Mindfulness, Nutrition, Sleep, and Fitness. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about luxury hospitality and holistic well-being.


Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

  • Greet and assist all spa and wellness guests with warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness.

  • Provide detailed information on treatments, wellness programs, and amenities.

  • Ensure accurate and timely scheduling of spa services, fitness classes, and wellness consultations.

  • Anticipate guest needs and handle special requests with efficiency and care.

Operations & Administration

  • Manage spa and wellness bookings via the resort’s scheduling system.

  • Coordinate therapist and instructor schedules to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate records of daily transactions, inventory, and service reports.

  • Support retail operations, including product knowledge, sales assistance, and inventory control.

Team Support

  • Assist in the daily operations of the spa and wellness team.

  • Communicate effectively between therapists, instructors, and management to ensure smooth service flow.

  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to a culture of collaboration and service excellence.

Standards & Compliance

  • Ensure that all spa and wellness areas are clean, well-stocked, and aligned with resort standards.

  • Follow safety, hygiene, and confidentiality protocols.

  • Support in upholding Amrit’s service philosophy and wellness pillars at every guest touchpoint.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in luxury spa, hospitality, or wellness environment preferred.

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and guest service abilities.

  • Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Passion for wellness, holistic health, and luxury hospitality.


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.

  • Light lifting of products, supplies, or equipment (up to 25 lbs).

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands.
