Position Summary:

We are hiring an Entry-Level Laboratory Analyst (Bilingual – English/Spanish) to join our growing operations in St. Charles. This is a unique opportunity to begin your career in biotechnology with hands-on lab experience, professional growth opportunities, and excellent benefits.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, fluent in both English and Spanish, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, regulated lab environment. Full training is provided—no prior lab experience required.

Please note: This role includes regular weekend shifts as part of the work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process samples for molecular and microbiological testing
  • Perform routine lab procedures following written protocols
  • Clean, restock, and organize laboratory workspaces
  • Assist with Spanish–English translation for team members during meetings and training
  • Comply with lab safety and quality assurance procedures at all times

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Biology, or related field required
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
  • Interest in laboratory science and willingness to grow professionally

Work Schedule & Environment:

  • On-site work in a clean, high-compliance laboratory
  • Regular weekend shifts required as part of a rotating schedule
  • Occasional extended hours during peak testing periods
  • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, time-sensitive lab setting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
