Spanish Sales Representtive

Are you a skilled 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer support in Spanish speaker with a strong background in Sales & customer support? We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to join our sales team that requires excellent Spanish language skills.

Type: Full-time

Shift Timing: 5.30 pm to 2.30 am

Job Description:

As a Spanish Language Expert, you will be responsible for providing essential support to our organization's inbound & outbound sales and customer support. Your primary role will involve handling the calls and administrative tasks, data entry, document processing, and ensuring smooth communication between different departments within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting data entry and managing databases in both English and Spanish.
• Processing documents and maintaining accurate records.
• Handling incoming and outgoing communications in Spanish, including emails and phone calls.
• Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents in Spanish.
• Collaborating with team members to streamline workflow and improve efficiency.
• Providing excellent customer service and support when required.

Requirements:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish languages is mandatory.
• Proven experience in back office work, administration, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meeting deadlines efficiently.
