As one of Kingsway Home Health's Administrative Assistants, you will oversee the daily operations of the front office. Home Health experience is a plus, but not required. All staff members are trained.
Kingsway Home Health Services is seeking a compassionate, organized, and experienced Homemaker/Caregiver Supervisor to oversee and support our homemaker and caregiver staff providing in-home services to adult our clients. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, client-centered care, staff supervision, compliance with agency policies, and coordination of services to promote patient safety, comfort, and independence in the home setting.
Duties / Key Responsibilities
Staff Supervision & Management
- Supervise, support, and evaluate homemakers and caregivers providing in-home services
- Conduct routine supervisory visits (in-person and virtual) to ensure quality care and compliance
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, orientation, and training of caregiver staff
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching, counseling, and corrective action when needed
- Ensure staff adherence to care plans, schedules, and agency policies
- Review and ensure implementation of individualized care plans
- Address client concerns, complaints, and service issues promptly and professionally
- Participate in case conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings
- Assist with staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage of client needs
- Manage call-offs, replacements, and staffing adjustments in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of staff assignments and service delivery
- Ensure services are delivered in accordance with state regulations and agency standards
- Conduct home visits to assess caregiver performance and client satisfaction
- Monitor documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and completeness
- Participate in audits, surveys, and quality improvement initiative
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
- Provide education and guidance to families regarding care services
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and service excellence
- Bilingual ( English/Spanish) also a plus, to help translate to our Spanish -Speaking patients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
