Compensation: $25 - $30/hour

Commitment: Minimum of 1 year. Ideally 2 - 3 years.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Child:

• Almost 5-Year-Old Girl: Bright, loving, conversational, fluent in Spanish, and happiest with structure. She attends school from 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM.

About the Role:

This River Oaks family is seeking a Spanish-speaking Nanny Manager for household management during school hours and afternoon childcare. The house manager portion is significant and requires initiative, judgment, and follow-through.

The right candidate can manage errands, scheduling, supplies, vendors, and organization without step-by-step direction, then transition into school pickup, routines, play, and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage household priorities independently
• Run errands, groceries, supplies, packages, returns, and dry cleaning
• Coordinate vendors, workers, and appointments
• Assist with the child’s calendar, school needs, and activities
• Prepare healthy meals for the child
• Drive to school, activities, and appointments
• Support play, independence, manners, and problem solving

Travel: Domestic and international travel is required. Travel expenses and accommodations are provided.

Ideal Candidate: A fluent Spanish-speaking Nanny Manager who is proactive, discreet, organized, and confident working independently. You take ownership of household tasks, communicate clearly, and balance childcare with household support.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Spanish
• At least 5 years of professional childcare experience, ideally with preschool-aged children
• Comfortable with household management duties
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
