Spanish Speaking Pharmacy Technician

Better Life Pharmacy is urgently hiring an experienced Pharmacy Technician / Marketing Assistant to start immediately. We are looking for someone reliable, fast, and motivated who takes pride in helping patients and helping the pharmacy grow.

Requirements

• Pharmacy technician experience strongly preferred
• Fluent in Spanish (required)
• Available mornings and afternoons, with alternate Saturdays
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Motivated to help grow the pharmacy

Responsibilities

• Assist patients and provide excellent customer service
• Prepare and fill prescriptions accurately
• Manage and organize pharmacy inventory
• Support pharmacy marketing and patient outreach
• Encourage patients to leave Google reviews
• Help generate prescription transfers
• Build relationships with patients and local medical offices

Compensation

• Hourly pay based on experience
