Spanish Speaking Pre School Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Bilingual Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for implementing age-appropriate curriculum, fostering social and emotional development, and ensuring the overall well-being of each child in the classroom.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote literacy education, physical education, and child welfare.
• Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Utilize effective behavior management techniques to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
• Provide individualized support to children as needed, including tutoring for those requiring additional assistance.
• Foster social skills through group activities and collaborative play.
• Monitor children's development through standardized testing and assessments.
• Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and development milestones.
• Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience.

Experience

• Previous experience working with children in a preschool or educational setting is required.
• Familiarity with infant toddler care practices is preferred.
• Experience in literacy education, physical education, or behavior management is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
• A commitment to fostering a positive learning environment that supports child development.
