Join a growing and professional home care agency dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to seniors in the comfort of their own homes.

We are currently seeking a reliable, compassionate, and physically capable Live-In Caregiver to care for a male client recovering from a serious fall and rehabilitation.

Position Details

• $250 per day
• Live-In Schedule: 3.5 consecutive days per week
• W-2 Employment
• Workers' Compensation Insurance Provided
• Mileage Reimbursement: $0.55 per mile
• Immediate Opening

Spanish Speaking is REQUIRED

The caregiver must be fluent in Spanish in order to communicate effectively with the client and family.

Client Profile

• Male client
• Approximately 198 lbs (90 kg) and 6'3" (1.90 m)
• Requires assistance with mobility and safe transfers
• Recovering from rehabilitation following a significant fall
• Requires memory support, companionship, and personal care

Responsibilities

• Personal care assistance
• Safe transfers and mobility support
• Companionship and emotional support
• Meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping
• Laundry and linen changes
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment
• Cognitive stimulation and daily engagement
• Promote safety and fall prevention at all times

Requirements

Spanish speaking (MANDATORY)

• CNA or HHA certification preferred
• Experience with seniors and memory care preferred
• Physically capable of safely assisting with transfers and mobility
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must meet all required background screening requirements
