Teaching Assistant (Spanish / British) – Dubai

Position Overview:
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to provide academic and language support to primary-aged students. This full-time role is based in Dubai, UAE, and will involve working closely with the lead teacher to enhance students’ learning experiences in a supportive, engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in delivering lessons across core subjects (English, Math, Science) at the primary school level.
• Provide targeted language support in Turkish, Spanish, or British English, depending on expertise.
• Support students with homework, projects, and skill development.
• Help prepare lesson materials, resources, and activities.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday – 7:30 - 3:30

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 5,000 per month.
• Medical insurance and resident visa provided.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a teaching assistant, tutor, or in an educational support role.
• Strong subject knowledge in core primary-level subjects.
• Native or fluent in Spanish, or British English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for working with young learners.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff.
