Spare Parts & Maintenance Coordinator

Role Overview:

The Spare Parts & Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for managing spare parts procurement, inventory control, service coordination, and preventive maintenance scheduling for commercial kitchen equipment projects.

This is a critical operational role ensuring maximum equipment uptime, service efficiency, and client satisfaction across hospitality accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Spare Parts Management

  • Manage end-to-end spare parts procurement from local and international suppliers
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels to minimise downtime
  • Track lead times, supplier performance, and cost control
  • Prepare quotations for spare parts and service-related requests

Maintenance & Service Coordination

  • Schedule preventive maintenance (PPM) visits for hospitality clients
  • Coordinate field technicians and allocate service calls efficiently
  • Monitor service KPIs (response time, resolution time, SLA adherence)
  • Ensure timely documentation of service reports and job completion

Client & Supplier Liaison

  • Act as the primary point of contact for service-related client enquiries
  • Coordinate warranty claims and supplier technical support
  • Maintain strong working relationships with hotels, restaurants, and catering groups

Operational Control

  • Maintain digital service logs and parts tracking systems
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in service operations
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and operational standards

Requirements:

  • Mandatory: Hospitality industry experience (hotels, restaurants, catering, F&B operations, or commercial kitchen environments)
  • Experience in maintenance coordination, service operations, or technical support
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Commercial awareness and cost-control mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel competency required)

Preferred (Advantageous):

  • Prior experience with commercial kitchen equipment
  • Knowledge of hot kitchen, refrigeration, laundry, or foodservice machinery
  • Experience handling European kitchen equipment brands
  • Technical or engineering background

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
