Spare Parts Purchaser

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Spare Parts Purchaser to manage the procurement of automotive parts and supplies for our garage. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of automotive components, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective purchases.

Location: Al Qouz 1, Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase automotive spare parts and workshop consumables as per job requirements and stock levels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure best prices and delivery timelines.
• Verify part compatibility and availability for various vehicle makes and models.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder parts to ensure adequate inventory without overstocking.
• Coordinate with workshop technicians to identify required parts and ensure accurate and timely procurement.
• Maintain updated records of purchases, pricing, and supplier contracts.
• Track and resolve issues with delayed or incorrect orders.
• Analyze usage trends and participate in cost-reduction and efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations in the handling and storage of parts.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
