Sparks - In Store Lead Generator

Job Summary: As an In-Store Lead Generator, you'll engage with customers inside Lowe’s to generate interest in our HVAC services. Your role is to start friendly conversations, explain our offerings, and schedule free in-home consultations—no technical experience required!

Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with customers inside Lowe’s
• Promote Cool Breeze HVAC services in a professional and approachable manner
• Collect basic customer information and schedule appointments
• Educate customers on our current services and promotions
• Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions
• Meet weekly lead generation goals
• Communicate regularly with the sales and marketing teams

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable initiating conversations with shoppers
• Must be 18 years or older
• Availability to work weekends and flexible hours

Pay:

$14.00 - $18.00 per hour + Spiffs on performance
