This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your bartending skills in a unique, themed setting that celebrates craftsmanship and hospitality.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of classic and innovative cocktails with precision and flair, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Manage POS systems such as Toast POS to process orders efficiently while maintaining accurate cash handling and sales records.
• Engage with guests in a lively, friendly manner, providing exceptional customer service that enhances their experience and encourages repeat visits.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to keep the menu fresh, exciting, and aligned with current trends in cocktail culture.
• Monitor inventory levels of spirits, mixers, garnishes, and glassware; place orders as needed to ensure seamless service without shortages.
• Assist with bar management duties such as scheduling, training new staff members, and overseeing daily operations during shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending within fine dining or upscale hospitality environments; cocktail experience is essential.
• Familiarity with POS systems including Toast POS ; strong cash handling skills are required.
• Knowledge of beverage recipe development and beer trends.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with food safety practices, food handling, catering events or banquets is highly desirable.
• Basic math skills for retail math calculations related to sales transactions and inventory management.
