Special Ed Therapist - flexible hours, part-time

Requirements:

• NYS Masters Degree in Special Education - Must be certified in ‘Students with Disabilities, birth - grade 2'

Hours:

• Flexible, choose your ideal schedule and caseload size

Location:

• Cases available in all Bronx, Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn
• Most cases are home-based, some are at a daycare.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and implementing engaging, goal-oriented sessions tailored to each child's developmental needs and strengths
• Writing sessions notes, progress reports, and collecting ABA data
• Collaborating with the child’s parents, our program supervisor, and other professionals who are servicing the child
• Engaging in 10 hours of professional development per year to stay up to date on best practices in the field
