Special Education Content Creator

Overview:

We’re seeking creative and passionate Special Education Content Creators to produce short, engaging educational videos (3–5 minutes each) on topics related to special education, inclusive practices, and student support. This is an excellent opportunity for educators, paraprofessionals, or students in education programs to share their expertise, creativity, and voice with a wider audience.

What You’ll Do:

• Create 3–5 minute educational videos explaining or discussing topics in special education (e.g., IEPs, classroom accommodations, transition services, behavioral supports, assistive technology, communication strategies, etc.)
• Present information in a clear, engaging, and visually appealing format suitable for online learning and educator training.
• Ensure each video is informative, respectful, and inclusive of all learners and disabilities.
• Submit completed videos for review and approval before publication.
• Collaborate with our team on topic planning and content themes as needed.

Compensation:

• $15 per completed video (3–5 minutes in length).
• No minimum or maximum video requirement — create as many as you’d like, pending approval.
• Bonuses may be available for high-performing creators or top-performing content.

Ideal Candidates:

• Current or former special education teachers, paraprofessionals, speech or occupational therapists, or education majors.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex topics simply and positively.
• Reliable and able to meet content deadlines.
• Access to a quiet filming space and basic recording equipment (smartphone or webcam acceptable).
