Special Education Teacher

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to support children with developmental, learning, and behavioral needs. The role involves planning and delivering individualized educational programs to help each child achieve their maximum potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess students’ learning needs and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

Plan and implement structured, goal-oriented teaching strategies

Work closely with therapists, psychologists, and parents to ensure holistic development

Monitor student progress and maintain accurate academic and behavioral records

Adapt teaching methods and learning materials based on individual needs

Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment

Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and case discussions

Eligibility Criteria

B.Ed or M.Ed in Special Education (recognized institution)

Minimum 1 year of relevant teaching experience
Fluency in Telugu and English (mandatory)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Patience, empathy, and a strong commitment to child development

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with children with autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, or developmental delays

Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team setting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
