Special Education Teacher

Milestones Center is looking for a passionate and skilled Special Education Teacher / Classroom Instructor to join our multidisciplinary team. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working in group rehabilitation and classroom-based settings and have strong experience supporting children with autism and related developmental needs.

Key Requirements

• Qualification in Special Education / Education / Psychology or a related field
• ABA certification (ABAT / IBT / RBT / QBA coursework) or strong hands-on ABA experience
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related conditions
• Experience managing small group or classroom-based programs in a rehabilitation or educational setting
• Strong skills in classroom management, behavior support, and structured teaching
• Ability to implement programs under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Role Highlights

• Deliver structured and semi-structured group learning programs
• Implement ABA-based strategies for instruction, behavior support, and skill development
• Support communication, social skills, independence, and readiness skills
• Work collaboratively with ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapy teams
• Maintain basic documentation and progress tracking
