Special Education Teacher

About the Role

The SEN Teacher will support students with special educational needs by providing individualized instruction and interventions. The role focuses on ensuring that all students have equal access to learning and are supported academically, socially, and emotionally within an inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students
• Provide targeted support and differentiated instruction
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff
• Adapt teaching materials to meet diverse learning needs
• Support students’ social and emotional development
• Ensure compliance with school policies and inclusion practices
  

Requirments

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field
• Relevant experience working with students with SEN
• Strong understanding of inclusive education practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
