We are looking for a passionate and skilled Special Education Teacher / Inclusion Specialist to support young learners (ages 3–5) with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in our inclusive preschool environment.

Role Overview

Provide specialized academic, behavioral, and developmental support to autistic children, ensuring meaningful inclusion and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Adapt preschool curriculum and modify learning activities.
• Use Positive Behavior Support (PBS), visual schedules, and structured teaching methods.
• Collaborate with educators and parents for seamless inclusion.
• Strengthen communication, social interaction, and early academic skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Special Education (ECSE preferred).
• Valid RCI Certification or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children with ASD.
• Strong command of evidence-based practices (ABA principles, TEACCH, PECS, etc.).
