What You'll Be Doing:

• Write and implement IEPs that actually reflect what your students need

• Deliver differentiated instruction, daily routines, and structure that supports kids with autism

• Work side-by-side with paras, related service providers, and families

• Track data, submit progress reports, and show your impact

• Be consistent, communicative, and a strong advocate for your students

What We're Looking For:

• PA Instructional I or II Certification in Special Ed (non-negotiable)

• Experience working with students with autism or other disabilities

• Someone who knows how to lead a room, support their team, and problem-solve in real time

• You're not afraid of behavior, and you know how to collaborate
