We’re urgently hiring Special Education Teachers for some of Nashville’s most inclusive, student-centered public charter schools. These teams prioritize high-quality IEP practices, meaningful relationships, and school cultures where teachers are supported, respected, and empowered.

What You’ll Do

Provide high-quality instruction and support for students with diverse learning needs
Collaborate with general education teachers to ensure access to grade-level content
Build strong relationships with students and families
Use data to drive progress toward IEP goals

Special Education Roles We’re Filling

Elementary Special Education Teachers
Middle & High School Special Education Teachers
Content Specialists (Math + ELA)
Low-Incidence Special Education Teachers

Requirements

Tennessee teaching license with Special Education endorsement
Nashville-area residency
Background check clearance

Compensation

$50,000–$80,000, depending on experience and education (direct hire with school partner). Benefits included.
